Registration
Where to register:
Registration will open at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 9 and will be held in the Asian American Room located on the Fourth Level of the Texas Union.
The registration table will open at 9:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday and will be in the Lone Star Room located on the Second Level of the Texas Union.
Please note that the Registration room moves to a different location for Friday and Saturday.
How to register:
1) Register online - You will have the option to pay with a Visa, Mastercard or Discover card. If you wish to pay by check, choose the “prepay” button listed on the payment options page. Then mail a check to:

Checks should be payable to “UT/RTF” and should indicate “Flow.”
2) Register by mail - Download the registration form, then mail the form and the check to the address listed above.
Registration Fees
Early registration extended until September 16:
- Students - $20
- Faculty - $60
- Independent Scholars - $40
- University of Texas Austin students & faculty - FREE
(UT students & faculty still need to register though)
Prices will increase by $10 after September 16, 2008; the rate increase also applies to walk-in registration.
